Danny O is as familiar with the desires of musically educated and diverse crowds as any DJ could be.
From sunsets to ten-hour sets and chill-out to techno Danny has extensive experience dating back more than two decades. He has played alongside high calibre artists including Fatboy Slim, Masters At Work, Pete Tong, Bob Sinclar, Roger Sanchez, Hot Since 82 and countless more, although he is probably best known as a sunset selector, performing over 1000 in Ibiza.
As a professional producer Danny O (a.k.a AtalaiA) has a constant stream of releases on numerous labels from Sony to Armada, and his own imprint, Chapters Recordings.
His productions have been supported most recently by Steve Lawler, HOSH, Nora En Pure and Kolsch.
He combines all of this with his work on the production team at BBC Radio 1 where he has worked in audio since 2019 for shows including Danny Howard’s Dance Party, Radio 1 Dance Presents and Annie Mac’s Future Sounds.
He is also a professional DJ tutor, and additionally, he runs Mambo Radio online - a station he founded in 2017 for Cafe Mambo, Ibiza.
Since the turn of the millennium Danny O has been providing an eclectic soundtrack to dance floors across the world.
